These private sessions are designed for people who want more than a general class. Together, we slow down long enough to understand what your body is carrying, what your life is asking of you right now, and how movement, reflection, and presence can help you move forward with more clarity.

Led by artist, filmmaker, and yoga guide Marlon F. Hall, each session combines conversation, customized yoga, guided reflection, and storytelling practices in an intimate one-on-one setting.

WHAT THIS IS? These sessions are for people who:

  • Feel mentally or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Are navigating transition, burnout, grief, pressure, or uncertainty

  • Want a more personal and intentional yoga experience

  • Feel disconnected from their body or themselves

  • Carry stress in their shoulders, hips, chest, jaw, or nervous system

  • Lead, create, care for others, or hold a lot for the people around them

  • Want space to reflect without judgment or performance

You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga..

Session Details

Private Session — $150

Approx. 90 minutes

Includes:

  • guided reflection

  • personalized yoga practice

  • follow-up reflection document

  • take-home tools for continued practice

Sessions take place at my studio in Houston or by special arrangement.

Group Sessions & Workshops

Small group experiences, moon gatherings, and story-centered yoga workshops are also available for organizations, teams, schools, and communities.

About Marlon Hall

Marlon is an artist, filmmaker, and yoga guide whose work explores the connection between story, body, memory, and human transformation. His practice combines years of work in visual storytelling, public art, anthropology, and movement to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in honest and grounded ways.

A Story Relic Session begins with conversation, moves through practice, and returns you to yourself with a clearer, more supportive narrative.

What Happens In A Session

Each private session is designed around you.

1. Conversation & Reflection

We begin with tea and a guided conversation about what is happening in your life right now — where you feel clear, where you feel stuck, and what your body may be trying to communicate.

2. Personalized Yoga Practice

From there, I guide you through a custom yoga session designed specifically for your body, stress patterns, energy, and goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all class.

The practice may focus on:

  • releasing tension

  • building strength

  • calming the nervous system

  • improving mobility

  • emotional grounding

  • confidence and presence

  • reconnecting breath and body

3. Closing Reflection

We end with reflection and integration — creating space for you to notice what shifted physically, emotionally, and mentally during the experience.
